PT Mesin Isuzu Indonesia is a joint venture between Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (PT IAMI), Isuzu Motors Ltd (IML) and Isuzu Motors Asia Limited (IMA). Our company was first established in Tangerang in 1983 and moved to Bekasi in 1996, with three lines of business, namely Engine Assembly Process, Component Machining, and Export Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts.

As a form of our commitment to workplace safety, our company regularly conducts a Fire Extinguisher (APAR) refreshment training once every year.

This program is designed to remind and retrain all employees on the proper and safe use of fire extinguishers in the event of a potential fire. During the training, participants receive both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in extinguishing fires using various types of extinguishers.

Through this training, it is expected that all employees will be more alert and prepared to face emergency situations, while also supporting the creation of a safe and conducive work environment.

Dalam rangka mempererat hubungan antara perusahaan, karyawan, dan keluarga, PT. Mesin Isuzu Indonesia menyelenggarakan kegiatan Family Day pada tanggal 14–15 September 2024 di Tanjung Lesung. As a form of appreciation for employee innovation and improvement ideas, the company once again held the Kaizen Circle and Suggestion System Convention for Period 8 of 2024. This event provided a platform for employees to channel their creativity, improve work efficiency, and create a more productive work environment.

During this period, various teams and individuals actively participated by presenting innovative improvement ideas, ranging from improving work quality, cost savings, to improving work safety systems. All proposals were assessed based on their effectiveness, implementation, and positive impact on the company.

Based on the evaluation results, the winners of the Kaizen Circle and Suggestion System Convention were selected for their dedication and outstanding contributions. The winners not only brought pride to their teams but also inspired all employees to continue innovating.

Through this activity, the company hopes that the kaizen culture or continuous improvement will become more ingrained in daily work, thereby supporting the achievement of the company's future vision.
