As a form of appreciation for employee innovation and improvement ideas, the company once again held the Kaizen Circle Convention and Suggestion System Period 8, 2024. This event serves as a platform for employees to share creativity, improve work efficiency, and create a more productive workplace.
In this period, various teams and individuals actively participated by presenting innovative improvement ideas, ranging from enhancing work quality, cost savings, to improving workplace safety systems. All proposals were evaluated based on their effectiveness, implementation, and positive impact on the company.
