As a form of our commitment to workplace safety, our company regularly conducts a Fire Extinguisher (APAR) refreshment training once every year.

This program is designed to remind and retrain all employees on the proper and safe use of fire extinguishers in the event of a potential fire. During the training, participants receive both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in extinguishing fires using various types of extinguishers.

Through this training, it is expected that all employees will be more alert and prepared to face emergency situations, while also supporting the creation of a safe and conducive work environment.

During this period, various teams and individuals actively participated by presenting innovative improvement ideas, ranging from improving work quality, cost savings, to improving work safety systems. All proposals were assessed based on their effectiveness, implementation, and positive impact on the company.

Based on the evaluation results, the winners of the Kaizen Circle and Suggestion System Convention were selected for their dedication and outstanding contributions. The winners not only brought pride to their teams but also inspired all employees to continue innovating.
